There are many products made of PC boards around us. They are stronger and more beautiful than ordinary plastics, and the price is also cheap. This kind of product is not directly made of plastic particles, but uses the PC board hot forming process. Its principle is very simple, that is to soften the flat PC board under heating, and then pressurize it, so that it can fully adhere to the surface of the mold. After cooling, it will become a qualified finished product. The plastic PC will soften at more than 100 ℃, but it will not completely become liquid, so it is very convenient to process. Of course, if the heating temperature is too high, it will also lead to decomposition and deterioration, so it must be well controlled.
When doing hot forming, you need to prepare the mold first. General processing plants do not have the ability to process molds at the same time, but need to find a special factory to order. As long as the drawings are designed in the computer, a piece of steel can be accurately cut into a mold with exactly the same size through an advanced machining center, and can be used for a long time.
