Precautions for hardening of PC endurance plate, also known as unbreakable glass, is an engineering plastic with effective comprehensive performance. Precautions for single side hardening and double side hardening of PC endurance plate:
1. The effective width of conventional hardened PC endurance plate is 1220mm, and the effective length is 2440mm;
2. The defects of hardened PC endurance plate will be more obvious after hardening treatment;
3 Customized hardened PC endurance plate is generally 30 mm longer and 50 mm wider;
4 The hardening time of green plate is generally 2-3 days after the hardening company receives the green plate.
5. The entrusting party shall bear the transportation and loss incurred during entrusted hardening;
6 Generally, the hardening level is HB (hardening level is divided into: 2B/1B/HB/FB/H4/2H)
7. If the hardening size is less than 1 square meter, it shall be calculated as 1 square meter
Generally, the yield of PC hardened plate is only about 60%, and the scrap rate is high.
9 The test of hardening standard uses 1H hardness pencil.
