PC endurance board (also known as PC board, polycarbonate, solid board, bulletproof glass, Cablon board, solid board, polycarbonate board, aviation perspective board) is made of high-performance engineering plastic polycarbonate or polycarbonate.
1. Flammability: The self ignition temperature of PC endurance plate is 630 ℃ (the flammability of the plate reaches GB (8624-1997 Class B1), which belongs to the flame-retardant engineering material.
2. Chemical corrosion resistance: PC endurance plate has good chemical corrosion resistance, and can withstand the corrosion of various organic acids, inorganic acids, weak acids, vegetable oils, neutral salt solutions and alcohol at room temperature.
3. Heat resistance and cold resistance: PC endurance board has good temperature resistance, which can adapt to various severe weather changes from cold to high temperature, and keep various physical performance indicators stable in the range of - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. Photochemistry: PC endurance plate has high light transmittance in visible light and near infrared spectrum. Depending on the color, the light transmittance can reach 12% - 88%.
5. Anti ultraviolet, anti-aging: PC endurance board surface contains anti ultraviolet coextrusion layer, which has good outdoor weather resistance and good optical and mechanical properties after long-term use.
6. PC endurance board has a very high impact strength, 30 times that of tempered glass, and is known as unbreakable glass.
