1.Requirements for good FRP

Raw materials: good resin, high performance, good film, glass fiber

Function: strong UV resistance, strong chemical corrosion resistance, strong self-cleaning, strong aging resistance, strong pulverization resistance, and high transmittance


2.Strength and rigidity

Strength refers to the larger stress value in the object when FRP daylighting panel is damaged by force, including tensile, bending, impact, shear and other strengths.

Stiffness indicates the resistance of FRP daylighting panel to deformation. Therefore, when FRP daylighting panel is formed, the rigidity can be improved by adding stiffeners at some parts or using sub fibers as stiffeners on the surface.

The curing degree of FRP daylighting panel is ≥ 85%, so the daylighting panel produced by our company has both rigidity and toughness, and is not brittle, which is convenient for construction and installation.
